What's Included
Sign up for a SkyWay Express account and U.S. address - FREE
SkyWay Express membership - FREE
SkyWay Express receives your package - Varies by destination ($5–$15) for big Packages. For more info, reach out to support@skywayex.com
SkyWay Express sends one photo of your received package - 5$ per photo
Store your package(s) at SkyWay Express's warehouse - FREE for 45 days - $0.08 cents per day, per pound after 45 days
SkyWay Express Shipment Value Protection (insurance) - FREE on first $100 of declared value
Full access to SkyWay Express's world class support team via chat, email and phone - FREE to all clients
Optional Handling Fees
Consolidate multiple packages to a single box - $2 per package
Re-package, save space and/or add protection - $5
Fragile Packaging - $5-$15 for extra bubble wrap and fragile stickers
Additional photo request - $5 first, $6 each additional
Hazmat processing - $12 - $25 per hazmat type
Package return - $7.50 per pre-paid shipping label + any previously selected services
Address correction - * $5 per package
Edit commercial invoice - $25 per invoice
SkyWay Express Shipment Value Protection** - $5.00 per $100 of declared value (minimum charge of $10.00)
*If a package arrives with an incorrect or incomplete address (for example, missing locker number or an unknown or misspelled name), SkyWay Express will try to determine which client it belongs to. If SkyWay Express is able to determine the owner of the package, it will be entered into the correct locker, and a $5 fee will be charged. If the owner cannot be determined and a request claiming the package with tracking information is not provided within 30 days of the package’s arrival, the package will be disposed of.
**Many high value or specialty items have limited maximum declared value amounts. Fine art, high-end jewelry, precious metals, and many collectors' items are limited in the value that can be declared. Please email customer service if you plan to ship any of these types of items.
